No Nonsense Wisdom That Works

Time sure does fly and much has happened since my last post so read on...

We had the privaledge of meeting with Chuck Cote these past few weeks. Chuck is a business consultant and inspirational speaker and has a great tag line: 'no nonsense wisdom that works'. He had some great insight into our reasons for conducting business and I thought you all could benefit from them as well.

Ask yourself the following questions...

1. What do you want to accomplish? The WIIFM (what's in it for me) with a twist. What's in it for my customers? What's in it for my employees? What's in it for the owner? Customers, Employees, and Owner create an acronym - CEO. What do you want to accomplish for each one of these?

2. Why do you want to do it? Where is the inspiration and motivation?

3. How are you going to do it? What's the 'vehicle' to get you where you want to go?

4. What if you encounter setbacks and obstacles? How will you handle your circumstances as you move forward with your plan?

It's all too common that I will talk to a RV Dealer and they are just flying by the seat of their pants in regards to their website. I encourage you to ask yourself the questions above. Are you headed in the right direction?

Chuck's website is www.chuckcote.com.

Until next time.
