It's a long word combination C O N T I N U A L I M P R O V E M E N T and it might seem scary, but ignoring it won't make it go away. However, you may find your business going away if you don't embrace it.

I can personally attest that this works. Why is it that people tend to think that just putting up a website is good enough and updating it every 3 years or so is sufficient. My guess is that's how they run their business too.

If we ran our business that way we wouldn't be around very long at all.
