There are a ton of books out there on the subject, but one in particular that I really like designed around a concept called Persuasion Architecture. The phrase was coined by the Eisenbergs and they put together a book called
Call to Action.
So what is persuasion? One of my colleagues, who happens to be a fantastic
search engine optimization expert, is Stoney deGeyter from Pole Position Marketing. He defined online persuasion in a a
recent article as 'persuasion really is more about creating a path from the beginning to achieving a desired outcome. What you do along the way will determine whether or not you are able to persuade'. I agree whole heartedly.
Just today I wrote an article about
RV Dealer Website Email Marketing which is just one of the things you need to do really well along the way to persuade and build confidence and trust in your prospects that you are right one to do business with.
Until next time...
